Is there a free reference check?
Yes. Your first reference is free when you sign up and confirm your email address. No card is needed, and it includes the full chase sequence and the signed PDF report.
Do I pay monthly or per reference?
Per reference. You buy a pack of credits and one credit covers one referee. There is no monthly fee, no contract and no per-user fee, so in a month you do not hire, you pay nothing.
Is VAT added to the prices?
No. No VAT is added. The price you see is the price you pay: 10 credits cost £9.99 and 250 credits cost £200.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits never expire, so they wait in your account until your next hire, whether that is next week or next year.
Can my team share credits?
Yes. Add as many team members as you like at no extra cost. Everyone draws from the same credit balance on one account.
What if a referee never replies?
The credit is used when the first request is sent, and it covers the whole sequence: 5 emails and up to 2 texts over 12 days. If there is still no reply, you are told so you can add another referee. See the chase schedule.
